NEW! iKandy “Heart Throb” Bubble Tee

No, you dorks, not that kind of bubble tea.  A bubble letter tee, that is.  This one is based off the popular “Heart Throb” tee done up by KOAK last season.  This time, it mixes up that design with the wildly popular Hello Kitty piece for a truly unique style.

These shirts come in pink and yellow or green and purple.  Both feature the Heart Throb bubble lettering on the front, iKandy bubble letters on the back, and the traditional iKandy logo hit on the left sleeve.  This one is definite to heat up the Summertime, no doubt.

Also, don’t forget that there’s still the 2H collabo shirts available.  Girls shirt are in the light blue.  Guys in the Navy Blue.

You can scoop up all of these shirts at exclusive, on the corner of Kapiolani and Piikoi, across the way from the Honolulu Design Center and Ala Moana.

atypicalLIVING covers… Daggers, Bolts, & Fur at exclusive

This edition of atypicalLIVING covers… takes a look at the recent Pocket Full of Monsters show at exclusive. The show featured artwork from PFoM members angry woebots, 2H, Phoneticontrol, and Aaron Lee. The art covered every wall in the boutique and even spilled out onto the windows of the shop as well, reminiscent of the lightsleepers skateboard release event at apb.

The event had people flowing in and out of exclusive so much that the air conditioning got overwhelmed. That didn’t damper the spirits of those inside, as it was nice and breezy outside. I definitely enjoyed the set up, as each artist got their own little section to show off their best, from woes and 2H taking over the near wall, Phoenticontrol taking over the shelves and Aaron Lee’s Cryptonauts being hung from the ceiling.

PFoM members angry woebots, Phoneticontrol, and 2H will be taking over exclusive for the launch party of their new art display.  5-9pm at the Hawaiian Life building on the corner of Kapiolani and Piikoi.

Daggers, Bolts, and Fur this Friday at exclusive

exclusive hawaii will be holding their second ever art show this Friday night. This time around, the art will be provided by members of the Pocket Full of Monsters crew: 2H, angry woebots, and Phoneticontrol.

Hailing from all over the US ( woes – Kaneohe; 2H – Seattle; Phoneticontrol – San Francisco), this collective will be bringing all their newest pieces to be on display for this special night. As a special bonus, woes and 2H will be live painting during the event, and there is a special edition 2H x exclusive shirt that will be on sale.

Daggers, Bolts, and Fur goes down this Friday night at exclusive hawaii, on the corner of Kapiolani and Piikoi, in the Hawaiian Life building. The event starts at 5pm and is open to the public.
