MELT x Fitted

This Saturday, check out the psuedo-grand opening of the newest food truck cuisine (mobile) hotspot in Hawaii. Melt is the brain child of chefs Lyndsey Ozawa and Alejandro Briceno – better known as Aker – and food columnist Martha Cheng. This street food truck will feature unconventional grilled cheese sandwiches, soups, plantation slushies, and more.

They plan on setting up this winter on the North Shore, just in time for the North Shore swell season. But, in the meantime, you can get a preview of what they’ll be serving up this Saturday in the parking lot of the Fitted Hawaii headquarters. This coincides with a special collaboration tee with the Fitted Ohana. In fact, if you purchase a special MELT x FITTED tee, you get a free Super Melt sandwich.

This all goes down this Saturday at 11am at the Kona St. headquarters. For more, follow MELT on twitter @MeltHNL
