Urban Revolution

Acid Dolls and Taken Magazine present the highly anticipated debut of Acid Dolls Fall/Winter 2010 collection.

They’ll go through each era of the Urban Revolution: Urban Ballerina, Wild Hard West, Graffiti Zoo. All the while displaying everything that makes Acid Dolls one of the hottest lines in Hawaii today.

Food, entertainment, live dance, and the fashion show all greet you on the rooftops in Waikiki.

This all goes down this Saturday night at 7pm on the 4th Floor Terrace at the Royal Hawaiian Center.  Tickets are $45 for VIP and $20 for standard.  A portion of the proceeds will go towards Women Speaking Out.

Cloth Hawaii Trunk Show at Split Obsession

Local design house CLOTH will be holding their first ever trunk show at Split Obsession Ala Moana this Saturday. The all new CLOTH in-house label consists of designs constructed from repurposed vintage textiles. Because of it’s limited quantities, the brand is able to maintain the same vintage quality of the original fabrics while bringing a modern edge to them.

Besides the trunk show, CLOTH will also be designing the windows of Split Obsession for the show. While the final results won’t be displayed until right before the show, the designers promise that it will be amazing.
