Flip The Bird “Endangered Series” Capsule Collection

For those of you that have followed Tassho Pearce and Flip The Bird for a little bit, you might remember a few of the “Endangered Species” shirts from a couple seasons ago. Well, the idea has been reimagined and redone for Summer 2010 and will be releasing as a full-fledged capsule collection.

The Flip The Bird imprint has been making moves in the industry for a minute now, with high profile co-ops with icons such as Kicks/HI, Saint Alfred, Ghostface Killah, Run Athletics, and Malik Yusef (G.O.O.D. Music).

With Flip The Bird’s constant growth as a force in the industry, it’s only right that they release the “Endangered Species” collection to highlight their adaptability to change, evolution as a company, and survivor spirit.

Look for the official release of this capsule collection at all Flip the Bird accounts and at select Foot Action locations nationwide.

Broadcast feat. DIPLO

Tomorrow marks a special edition of BROADCAST featuring the world famous DIPLO bringing his massive beats to the streets of Chinatown. Check him out as he rocks the floor with the dirty dance beats that you know and love from your favorite dinosaur-based DJ.

Along for the ride are the GRLFRNDS, Clones of the Queen, and Cape Cod.  Definitely the place to be for all your hip music needs.

This all goes down TOMORROW NIGHT at Next Door (43 Hotel St.). It’s $25 presale/$30 door for the unders; $20 presale/$25 door for the legals.  Doors open at 8pm, so be there early for best dance floor positioning. Trust me, you’re gonna want the dopest spot there.

NEW! Fitted Hawaii TANTARAN x Kamehameha

Today’s Fitted Hawaii release is bringing it back to the classic pidgin. For those that have heard the term before, tantaran is a pidgin word meaning someone that’s overly boastful. Or at least that’s the impression I get when someone is acting all tantaran. Well, the Fitted Ohana has probably wondered the same thing and have immortalized the term on this new shirt.

Done up in red and yellow on a blue shirt, the word tantaran is morphed into something that resembles the Superman logo. (Which, if you think about it, actually works.) The back is laced out with the Fitted crown, also done up in red and yellow.

To match, there’s a brand new Kamehameha New Era, featuring the same blue/red color scheme as the shirt.

Both these pieces are available TODAY at the Kona St. headquarters.
