HIFF 2009

The Hawaii International Film Festival’s Fall program begins this Thursday night with the screening of the opening night film “Mother.”

The festival continues all the way until the 25th of the month, where multiple films of importance will make their Hawaii and World debuts.

Some films of interest include the Princess Ka’iulani film “Barbarian Princess,” The LeBron James documentary “More Than A Game,” The Donnie Yen/Sammo Hung epic “IP MAN,” the industrial design documentary “Objectified,” and the one film I’m looking forward to seeing: “The Branch Will Not Break” featuring Mike Pooley.

The Fall Program of HIFF starts this Thursday night and will keep going until the 25th. For more info on HIFF and to buy tickets, check out the HIFF site at http://www.HIFF.org
