WEB EXCLUSIVE: Fitted Hawaii “Ceremony” shirt and UH New Era

Fresh from the inbox comes this new shirt & hat combo that is ONLY available at the Fitted Hawaii online shop.

First up is the hat, which is a traditional UH New Era on that black on black steez. The difference here is the underbill, which pops with a bright TEAL! color.

The other part of this web exclusive is the “Ceremony” shirt, which plays off of the theme of crest fills that Fitted has been putting out for a few of the recent releases. The interior of the Fitted crest on this black shirt features a traditional lei ceremony, including hula dancer. Those who have been through the airport will recognize this instantly.

I didn’t want to post up this album until I actually had a good review to go along with it.

Usually on atypicalLIVING, I like to post things up that I personally dig and that I think you would dig as well. Otherwise, I’d be throwing up every single ainokea, SKIN, etc. type shirt on the site because it’s from Hawaii.

I do have a filter for this kind of thing. That’s LOFA.

Anyway, other than that, I get requests to put things up from friends, peers & artists on a fairly regular basis. Most of the time, I concur & give Hawaii some shine.

But, even if I didn’t know John aka know:juander then I would still highly suggest you get this album. It’s 38 minutes of self-sufficient, DIY Hawaii Hip-Hop. It’s amazing how on point this sounds, considering this is officially his FIRST release.

NEW! Fitted Hawaii “Summer Triangles” tee

The Fitted Ohana is coming out swinging like Prince Fielder tomorrow with this release.

Based of the traditional Polynesian method of navigating, this new pocket tee pays tribute to one of their guiding instruments: The Summer Triangle. The Polynesians used this imaginary triangle on the horizon to navigate direction.

This shirt will also lead you in the right direction, as well. Printed on a crispy white tee, the back features numerous lines that combine to form triangles. All of them leading to the middle where there lies a very obvious homage to The Summer Triangle. The lines used to create the triangles are printed in reflective blue ink.

The front of the shirt features a Fitted crest hit on the pocket in the same blue reflective ink.

This shirt is releasing tomorrow, so go get yours before it gets got.
