GeneratioNXT Movie Premiere tonight

splashWhat good is a Memorial Day without a trip to the cinema? But, if you’ve already seen Star Trek and don’t want to waste money on Angels and Demons or that new Terminator flick, then I highly suggest hitting up Cupola Theatre at the Honolulu Design Center tonight for a mini film festival, put on by the GeneratioNXT folks.

The mini film festival will showcase films that will be featured during the UNDIVIDED event at the Blaisdell Center this Friday and Saturday.  The films showing tonight are “Freestyle: The Art of Rhyme”; ‘Scratch”; ‘Beyond Beats and Rhymes”; and “BLING: A Planet Rock (Blood, Diamonds, and Hip Hop).

This event is FREE and open to the public.  The films start at 7pm.

For more info and for the synopsis for each individual film, check out the GeneratioNXT site.
