Macy’s Passport: Fashion Cinema
This Thursday, Macy’s and American Express present a special film for a good cause. Every year, Macy’s puts together a fashion show in both San Francisco and Los Angeles called “Macy’s Passport.”
This fashion event showcases the hottest fashion from the biggest designers, all set to music from the hottest acts, with Hollywood elite in attendance and even on the runway. All of this is put together to benefit HIV/AIDS research.
The event has gotten so huge, that Macy’s decided to film this year’s three-day, two-city event and have been taking the film across the country for showings.
Hawaii has been fortunate to receive one of the showings and it will be here at the Regal Dole Cannery 18. So, if you wanna check out the latest fashions from Ed Hardy, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein, plus music, dance, and more form the Jabbawockeez, Pussycat Dolls, Fall Out Boy, and Ne-Yo, then make your way down to Dole Cannery on Thursday night, 8PM.
This is a one night only event, so make sure you get your tickets.
Each ticket receives admission to the complementary champagne reception at 7PM, free movie concessions, and a Macy’s shopping discount. All proceeds to benefit Hawaii’s own HIV/AIDS charity, The Life Foundation.
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at http://www.macys.com/passport or emailing macyspassport@lifefoundation.org
